Hebei Oxen Special Chemicals Co. Ltd (Oxen Chem) is one of the leading professional manufacturers of Pearl Luster Pigments in China. Our headquarters, established in 1999, are located 40km from Beijing and 70km from Tianjin in Langfang Economic and Technical Development Zone, Hebei Province. Thus making transportation by both air and sea extremely convenient. Oxen Chem's two modern factories have an annual capacity of over 4000 tons and a GMP standard workshop is present, where cosmetic grade products are produced. ISO9001:2000 and ISO140001:2004 certificates have also been awarded to the company. Our Research and Development Department are continuously cooperating with top universities and research institutes to ensure constant development of new colors to meet market requirements. Currently there are more than 14 series and over 200 colors available which are suitable for most industrial fields such as coatings, printing inks, plastics, synthetic leather, specialty paper and cosmetics. Around half of our products are exported to more than 40 countries all over the world.
